Is a quick house sale what you need?

Selling property in today’s economy never seems to be as fast as we would like it to be and is definitely not easy. The housing market isn’t as great as it has been in the past and with the market creeping along and selling seems in the far distance you may at times become overwhelmed with such a tedious task. This could only further your current financial situation putting you even more in debt than you are now.  The money from the sale is released immediately enabling you to pay off any debts or move on with your life. For sellers you often have to be patient in order to find a buyer who is willing to dish out the amount of money you are looking for.

While being patient gets you the best price in the end you may not currently be in a position to wait due to a relocation need, impending repossession, medical needs, or other factors that may require you to need a quick house sale. Admittedly, the easiest way to stop repossession or foreclosure on your home is to sell the property as quickly as you possibly can. A quick house sale can help you manage to make it through this difficult time of financial crisis. Thankfully there are companies out there that specialize in these types of sales and can normally help you sell your house in the amount of time needed. Some may even go as far as purchasing the house from you just hours before the foreclosure is scheduled to take place.

While it may seem like a daunting cast to stop your home from going into foreclosure it is possible with a quick house sale. The money from the sale is released immediately enabling you to pay off any debts or move on with your life.

While repossession is something that many of us never want to deal with at one point or another it may be inevitable due to increasing interest rates. There are a couple big factors about foreclosure that many individuals aren’t aware of. Not only could you be removed from your home permanently but if the mortgager chooses to sell your home well below market price you can still be held reliable for any difference between the remaining balance on your home and what they actually sell the house for. So in the long run you not only lose your home which is a valuable asset but also still have fees and penalties to pay on top of everything else. However, you can have options in order to stop repossession before it happens.

Many individuals who are in dire need of fast cash often make the mistake of obtaining a cash loan in order to help pay off their mortgage but isn’t a good idea considering the high interest rate that will be tacked on. This could only further your current financial situation putting you even more in debt than you are now. For many the best option is to proceed with a quick house sale.

While being patient gets you the best price in the end you may not currently be in a position to wait due to a relocation need, impending repossession, medical needs, or other factors that may require you to need a quick house sale.

Do You Need a Quick House Sale? If so Then Read On

There could be numerous reasons why you might need to get a quick sale on your home. However your options for selling quickly are somewhat limited. You could try to sell by advertising the property yourself or you could out the sale in the hands of an estate agent. Either of these options will usually provide anything but a quick sale. Your home could be on the market for many months, thats even if it sells at all. Of course you will have had to payout fees to put your home on the market with an estate agent and these do not come cheap.

There is another option that can guarantee a fast home sale and that is by looking online with a specialist company that offers to buy your home for cash and to provide a sale that can take just a couple of weeks or less. With such a company you could apply online using the form provided and after leaving just a few details we will get back to you with a quote as to how much we would pay for your home. If you are happy with the deal and we are too someone will value your home and then provide a written quote. You could then have a sale and get cash in hand from the sale which allows you to get on with your life.

One of the many circumstances that you might be able to benefit from a quick sale is if you are going through a divorce. Divorce is a very stressful and life changing thing to deal with especially if you have to sell the family home due to having to split the sale proceeds between the partners. If this is the case things can be a whole lot easier if you can sell the property quickly and then set about rebuilding your life. However when selling this way if one partner wanted to remain in the property they could choose to look at a sell to rent option which would allow you to sell and then rentback.
You might also need to sell your home quickly if you are emigrating and wish to leave with cash in your pocket from the sale and with no loose ends that would mean you having to come home to tie them up. By selling to a company offering a quick sale you would not have the worry of paying out to put your home on the market with an estate agent and having it stand there for many months. You would know within 24 hours whether this was a suitable option for you to take.

You could also take a quick sale this way if you wanted to get your hands on a large cash sum and do not want to take out a loan or you were not able to get one. You could choose to sell your home quickly to free up the equity in it and pay affordable monthly rent that would allow you to remain in the property as a tenant with the option of being able to buy back in the future.

Have you heard of companies that buy houses? Well here at sellhousefast.co.uk we do just that. Headed by expert real estate guru Oliver Wingrove this option could help you to avoid losing your home to repossession. You could sell your house and rent it back for affordable rent each month and avoid the heartache of home repossession.

If you find your self facing repossession of your property and are looking for a fast property sale to escape the situation you may have already have noticed that the UK property market is not as fluid as it once was, many homes on the market selling for under market rates still receive little or no attention as the property crisis and the credit crunch begin to sweep the UK.

How ever there is a solution that will enable you to make that “Fast Property Sale” but its not from individuals looking to live in your home. A new market has emerged were investors are able to to setup deals that go under the name of “Sell & Rent Back Schemes”

The nature of these schemes to for an investor to purchase the property quickly to help the individual or family affected from being evicted then it will allow them to remain in the property as tenants, and if disused before hand many of these deals usually include the option of buying back the property later on if your financial situation improves this can be a nice solution for those that really like their house but due to current financial conditions would otherwise loose the ability not only to stay in their house to re take ownership of it once they have consolidated their position.

Even if you find yourself in the position were you are facing eviction one of these deals can halt it in its tracks as you will find lenders much more happy to take this rout and see their payment in full than to go though the time consuming and lengthy process of repossessing your property and chasing you for the remaining debts that were not covered when it was sold at auction.

Everyone’s circumstances are unique, in order to make the best decision it always pays to seek expert advice.

Use a Fast Property Sale When you Need Cash Fast

Several people need cash fast to pay off their mortgage arrears or repay their debts. A fast property sale might be just what they need to help them to do it. If you want to know how to make fast cash so that you can take control of your finances, then it may be time to think about using some of the equity in your home. Sometimes it’s difficult to get hold of the cash you need to pay off your creditors. Getting a loan means having one more person to repay. Even using low interest or no interest credit cards means something else to pay attention to and a big bill when the rates go up. Trying to pay off your debts this way will take a long time and will add to your stress.

However, a fast property sale offers a better way. As a homeowner, you are likely to have equity in your home which will repay the debts you owe and still leave some cash for you to spend. A fast property sale means that you can use that money to find a new place to live, whether you choose to buy our rent.

How do I get a fast house sale?

An open market sale through an estate agent will not give you a fast property sale. Most people sell their homes this way, but the process is anything but quick. It can take several months and you won’t know that the sale will go through until the contracts are signed. If you need to repay your debts, then you could do without the stress of waiting several months for money which might not arrive.

In addition, there’s the cost to think of. With an estate agent, you have to pay their fees, legal fees and valuation fees. While you’re waiting for the sale to complete, your debts could continue to mount up. Household bills, council tax and your mortgage will keep your finances unsettled. Who needs the worry and hassle of selling on the open market and hoping that the property chain won’t break? Not you, especially since there’s another way.
