Good news on Hartford housing market from June
In a spate of good news for the Hartford area housing market, data from June show hefty double-digit increases in closed sales and pending sales of single-family homes compared to May’s numbers, as well as a $10,000 rise in the median sale price, a slight drop in inventory, and a drop in the number of days a home was on the market.

(RTTNews) – The number of mortgage approvals for buying homes in the U.K. fell to a nine-month low in February, threatening housing market recovery. Mortgage approvals fell to 47,094 in February from 48,099 in January, figures released by the Bank of England showed Monday.
